James Cohan is pleased to host Impromptu: Conversations in Art and Music on Thursday, October 21st at 6 PM in celebration of Alison Elizabeth Taylor's exhibition Future Promise, on view at 48 Walker Street through October 23. The event will include a musical performance of Antonin Dvorak's "American Quartet" by the New York-based musicians Raina Arnett (violin), Cheyenne King (violin), Emily Lane (viola), and Kelcey Howell (cello).
