James Cohan invites you to a concert with the Continuum Chamber Collective for a program of string duos and the quartet 8 Chinese Folk Songs by Zhou Long on June 13, 2024. The program will also feature the New York City premiere of Chinese composer Jie Yang's Duo Sonata. The composer's daughter will be performing and introducing the work.
This evening is presented as part of the gallery's ongoing Art in Conversation program, a series of events that explore connection, community engagement, and deep listening practices to make connections across the arts.
Doors open at 6:30 PM and the concert will run from 7-8 PM. Suggested ticket price is $20 at the door, to benefit the Continuum Chamber Collective. Refreshments will be served.
